• If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled session, you may receive a full return of the amount paid to your original method of payment, processed within 14 days.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are not eligible for return, due to limited capacity; however, you may request a one-time transfer to another date without extra charge.

6.2 On-Demand Webinars (Non-Refundable)

These offerings are available instantly after purchase and cannot be revoked, thus they are not eligible for return. We ensure the content is described clearly before purchase.

6.3 Digital Downloads

• You may request a return within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the materials.
• Approved requests will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.

6.4 Merchandise

• Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging.
• You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt at our facility.
